what you need to know
The questions that come up most about OAZE and about Coco.
Can Coco touch my money?
No. OAZE makes no transfer, no payment and no movement of any kind — it organises the record of your money. Coco prepares entries, suggests recurrences and proposes contributions; none of that changes a balance before you confirm.
Does OAZE connect to my bank?
Not yet. Today entries come from you or from Coco, out of what you tell her. Automatic bank connection is on the plan, but it is not in the product — and until it is, we will not announce that it is.
Do I need an account to use it?
No. The app works on this device with no account at all, with the data kept only here. The account is for seeing the same data on the computer and on the phone, and for talking to Coco.
How do requests to Coco work?
Requests sent to the AI use the plan's quota: 10 per month on Semente and 200 on Oásis. The counter appears in the app and resets every month. Simple questions answered by the dashboard itself, reviewing and undoing entries do not consume requests.
What happens when I hit a limit on the free plan?
Nothing is deleted and nothing disappears from the screen. What stops is creating new items of that kind — and the app tells you which limit it was, how much you are using and where to free up room. Going back to free after subscribing does not delete anything either.
What data of mine goes to the artificial intelligence?
Only an aggregate summary: totals, consolidated categories, goals and forecast expenses. Never the list of entries, account or card names, your e-mail or identifiers. The consent screen shows exactly what goes before the first use, and you can revoke it in Settings.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, straight from Settings. Renewal stops at once and you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account goes back to free, with everything you recorded still in place.
